Currently Inside the Lab:
Fall 2026 Clinical Learning Series for EMDR Therapists
Go beyond following the EMDR protocol. Learn to think clinically, recognize complexity, and build confidence in the room.
EMDR therapy is more than knowing the eight phases. The real clinical confidence comes from understanding why you're making a particular decision, recognizing when a client needs something different, and knowing how to adapt your approach without losing the structure and fidelity of EMDR.
This fall, EMDR Confidence Lab is offering four focused clinical workshops designed for therapists who want to deepen their conceptualization, expand their understanding of complex trauma and dissociation, reconnect with the body, and explore the therapist's own internal responses in clinical work.
Fall 2026 Workshops
September 25 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET
October 23 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET
November 20 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET
Whether you're newer to EMDR or have been practicing for years, these workshops are designed to help you move from "Am I doing this right?" toward "I understand what's happening here, and I know what to do next."
Why EMDR Confidence Lab?
EMDR Confidence Lab was created for therapists who want more than another training where they learn a protocol, collect a certificate, and leave wondering:
"Okay...but what do I actually do when my client does THAT?"
Our workshops focus on the clinical thinking that happens between the steps.
You'll learn to:
Think clinically.
Understand what you're seeing instead of simply moving through a protocol.
Recognize complexity.
Identify dissociation, developmental trauma, attachment patterns, somatic responses, and other factors that can influence treatment.
Trust your clinical judgment.
Build the confidence to make thoughtful decisions when the session doesn't follow the textbook.
Stay flexible without losing fidelity.
Learn how to adapt your clinical approach while maintaining an EMDR-informed framework.
Feel less alone in the messy middle.
Because sometimes the hardest part of being an EMDR therapist isn't knowing the protocol. It's figuring out what to do when real humans don't follow it perfectly.
That's exactly what we're here for.
Because confidence in EMDR isn’t built by getting everything “right.” It’s built through supported practice, consultation, and learning to trust yourself as a clinician.
